How does Lingxi tuning assistance work?
Lingxi automatically adjusts string tension through its Lingzhou Yueshan mechanism for tuning, retuning to a different key and alternative tunings. The strings still produce acoustic sound by vibrating. Confirm functions against the specific model’s documentation and demonstration.
How should I interpret wood descriptions?
Wood descriptions follow supplier trade names; they do not constitute independent species identification or international trade certification. Confirm botanical names and import documents before ordering if required.
How do I request support outside mainland China?
For customers outside mainland China, please contact Tongyun first and provide your order details and photos or videos so that suitable support options can be assessed.
